This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Agreement between you (“Client,” “User,” or “Subscriber”) and Vital Direction LLC (“Vital Direction,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or accessing any paid Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to all purchases made through Vital Direction, including:
- Subscription-based access to premium analysis or signal services
- Access to private Telegram/WhatsApp or similar premium groups
- Digital products, courses, mentorship, or other market-education content
All such items are collectively referred to as “Paid Services.”
2. Digital & Immediate-Access Nature of Services
Paid Services provided by Vital Direction consist of digital, time-sensitive market content delivered instantly or near-instantly. Once access is granted (e.g., when you are added to a group or subscription is activated), the primary value of the product is delivered.
For this reason, and in line with industry norms, Vital Direction does not offer refunds, except in the limited circumstances specified in Section 4 and any mandatory legal requirements applicable to you.
This policy is consistent with:
- U.S. digital-service contract standards
- UK/EU digital-content rules when the user consents to immediate access and waives withdrawal rights
3. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations
3.1 Auto-renewal
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, annually, or otherwise stated at purchase).
3.2 How to cancel
You may cancel renewal at any time by:
- Using your subscription portal, or
Emailing [email protected] with the subject “Cancellation Request.”. You must provide enough information for us to identify your account.
3.3 Effective cancellation date
Cancellation applies to future billing periods only. You will retain access until the end of the paid billing cycle.
3.4 No refunds for partial periods
Once a billing period has started, it is considered fully used. No refunds or credits are issued for:
- Mid-period cancellations
- Non-use of the Service
- Dissatisfaction with trading results or analysis
- Failure to act on delivered content
- Personal circumstances (e.g., travel, illness, schedule changes)
4. Limited Circumstances Where Refunds MAY Be Provided
Vital Direction may issue refunds only in the circumstances below.
4.1 Duplicate purchase or billing error
If you were charged twice for the same product or subscription, or if Vital Direction made an administrative billing error, we will refund the erroneous charge once verified.
4.2 Technical failure caused solely by Vital Direction
If the Services become inaccessible due to a sustained technical failure solely attributable to Vital Direction (not including WhatsApp/Telegram outages or user device/network issues), and this materially prevents your use of the service, we may, at our discretion, provide:
- A partial refund, or
- An extension of service time
4.3 Regulatory or legal obligation
If Vital Direction is legally required to terminate your service for reasons unrelated to your misconduct or breach of Terms, we will issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the billing period unless prohibited by law.
4.4 Fraud prevention
Vital Direction may request additional information to verify identity or payment ownership before approving any refund.
5. Situations Where Refunds Are NOT Provided
Unless required by law, no refunds will be issued for the following:
- Dissatisfaction with content, performance, market outcomes, or personal trading results
- A change of mind after purchase
- Failure to understand the nature of the content
- Not receiving WhatsApp/Telegram messages due to platform issues, device issues, or connection problems
- Claiming you “did not use” the Services
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
- Disagreement with analysis or trade ideas
- Termination of service due to breach of Terms & Conditions
- Accessing or downloading substantial digital content before requesting a refund
Vital Direction provides educational commentary, not investment advice, and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, accuracy, or performance.
6. UK/EU Digital Content: Withdrawal Rights
If you reside in the UK or the EU, consumer law normally provides a 14-day cooling-off period for digital content. However, this right does not apply once you:
- Request immediate access to the content, and
- Acknowledge that access begins immediately and waive your right to cancel.
By purchasing any Paid Service from Vital Direction, you explicitly consent to instant access and waive your statutory withdrawal right for digital content.
This ensures you receive signals and analysis without delay.
7. How to Request a Refund Under Approved Circumstances
To request a refund under Section 4:

Provide:
- Your full name
- Email used at checkout
- Date and amount of the transaction
- Payment method (e.g., card, PayPal, etc.)
- Reason for the request
- Any relevant documentation or screenshots
Vital Direction may request additional verification before processing.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business day,s depending on your bank.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, you must give Vital Direction a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension or permanent termination of your account
- Blocking of future purchases
- Reporting to payment processors or relevant authorities
Nothing in this clause restricts your legal rights when a genuine error has occurred.
9. Modification of This Policy
Vital Direction may update this Policy at any time. Changes become effective when posted on the Website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continuing to use the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
